TON and POLYGON: hybrid multi-blockchain system.

PORTAL POINT is built as a hybrid multi-blockchain system that merges game mechanics, user creativity, and Web3 infrastructure. The project architecture is based on the interaction between two key components: a Telegram mini-application operating on the TON blockchain, and a fully featured Web3 platform running on Polygon. Together, they form a connected ecosystem where users explore NFT worlds, create their own comic books, and publish them as tokenized assets.
The first layer of the system is the Telegram game, where users are drawn into exploring “portals” — NFT worlds, each with its own unique visual and narrative identity. Through interactive gameplay and seamless Telegram integration, players can collect keys (Grabbers), unlock new realms, and start creating comics based on the visual and lore elements of each world. All game interactions are tied to NFTs registered on the TON blockchain. TON was chosen for this layer due to its high speed and low transaction costs, making it ideal for mass adoption and casual gamified engagement.
The second layer is the web platform, built on the Polygon blockchain. It offers an expanded interface that allows users to browse the discovered portals, delve deeper into their stories, and create or customize comics in greater detail. Integrated AI tools — especially those powered by Stable Diffusion — enable users to generate original visuals, scenes, characters, and artifacts with high fidelity and creativity. These comics can then be minted as NFTs on Polygon and listed for sale on marketplaces such as Rarible or the platform’s own integrated storefront.
At the core of this architecture is the PORTAL CORE — a central smart contract and registry hosted on Polygon. It serves as the single point of reference for all NFT worlds and comics across both blockchains. Even if an NFT is created on TON, it is mirrored and indexed in the PORTAL CORE, allowing for consistent metadata, ownership tracking, and marketplace compatibility across the ecosystem. NFT metadata includes the source chain, creator and owner data, associated world, and sync status.
This architecture allows PORTAL POINT to seamlessly merge creative storytelling, gaming interaction, and digital asset ownership. A user can start playing inside Telegram, progress to comic creation, refine their work using web tools, and ultimately monetize their content in the open market. All of this is unified by a cross-chain mechanism that ensures a smooth and continuous experience across TON and Polygon.
